Reiki the Energy of the Universe with Hyakuten Inamoto and Diana Fels

What a brilliant live in-person chat with Hyakuten Inamoto a teacher of mine, in the Bukko-ji Daizen-in Temple, Kyoto Japan.

It was wonderful of Hyakuten to share a little bit about his journey that lead him into the Reiki space and some central teachings of the budhha and the universe.

We delved into aspects of the energy, the central buddha teachings of interconnected, surrender, no expectations and keep it simple.

I like Hyakuten Inamoto perspective on many things. I drew upon asking about aspects on Reiki and practices that resonate with me, some are:

  • Reiki is the energy: of the universe and of heaven and earth
  • Everything is interconnected the central teachings of Buddha
  • Hands-on healing is a gateway to oneness beyond duality
  • Reiki Ryoho is a simple practice
  • Place your hands, surrender to Reiki and smile
  • Difficult to surrender because of ego
  • From attachment arises suffering and pain
  • Practice is a simple thing again, again, again
  • No expectation means no disappointment
  • Surrender to Reiki, accept the results, good or bad
  • Lifelong and ongoing practice

Some parting words of wisdom, don’t use the left brain, thought, theory, reason or logic. Use your right brain, intuition. In other words follow your heart, that is the best way.

It was my fourth ever video, new to the world of technology too and during the filming there was many things happening all at once. An audience flowing into the space at the same time and I was having a mini heart-attack over it internally in silence. As they say the show must go on, under pressure…..

I resonate a lot and enjoy talking to Hyakuten, his journey, stories and way he explains things is easy. Hyakuten has a beautiful soft energy, he is very kind, gentle, generous and welcoming.

I like his dedication to his practice and I am inspired how at 83 years old he continues to spread the goodness of Reiki out into the world globally and traveling abroad too.

Keeping the practice simple and the Japanese principles of less is more.

Lovely to have spent time with him in Japan too, awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have much gratitude and appreciation for this opportunity. 🙏
