In 1998, Diana Fels started her spiritual and wellbeing journey, finding her own clarity, inner strengths, self-awareness and connection with life. When you make a conscious decision to make changes to your life for the better, make your health and wellbeing a priority, more happiness will generally follow.

My philosophy
I believe the most beneficial way to improve your wellbeing is through a holistic approach and having someone in your corner to provide unflinching support. By being kind to yourself, you will be open to opportunities to receive. You deserve it! That’s where I fit in – as a wellness professional, I will give you the tools and space to become the best version of you.
Everyone, regardless of background or situation, should feel safe and have the freedom of choice. For me, strong values – integrity, ethics and respect – along with accountability, come together to underpin my philosophy in the way I work and the way I live my life.
Natural ability to heal
A corporate professional, climbing the career ladder – that was me, for many years. Wrangling workplace issues and working long hours. I discovered my skills and talents weren’t confined to the office. I had a natural ability to heal and help people, with a calm and gentle approach.
I established early on that my diverse skill-sets could complement each other. The combination of my corporate background, counselling and healing abilities enables me to be a better therapist and counsellor – because I have a good understanding of everyday, real-life challenges and insights to overcome these difficulties.
