The Lessons Japan Teaches You Beginnings and Endings by Diana Fels

A very powerful place Kaidanin Temple, Mount Hiei Japan to talk about, the lessons Japan teaches you, Beginnings and Endings. ⛩️

For me, the moment I step onto Japanese soil, it has a way of showing many hidden truths and lessons.

The Kaidanin Temple is the most important temple on Mount Hiei, where monks take a solemn vow and accept the Mahayana precepts.

I thought this be a great place to do my own pledge of letting go of everything that no longer serves me and chanted the Reiki Precepts as I walked up the steps to enter the temple grounds.

What came next blew me away!

Just as I finished surrendering my pledge, I had an international phone call that had many significant spiritual layers woven within that put the death of a generational family dysfunction and laid it to rest with them where it belongs.

Sometimes it is scary to let go, end something or change, especial when it is familiar or suited you at some point and other times overwhelming when been a forced changed that is out of your control.

The lessons I have learnt in my journey is if your life is fully overloaded with too many things and on a continual wheel of to do lists, then there is no space to grow or invite something new in.

A saying of mine

In emptiness
There is unlimitedness

A great reminder of the value of Endings, closing a door to what no longer serves you or letting go as it creates space for new Beginnings or new opportunities you would not have been aware of, if you were not pushed to seek.

I love the little gifts and blessings Japan brings.

Peace to you all
Keep shining your light
