Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevent another client from being seen or attending a workshop. By placing your order, you agree to the cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy.

Appointments

Minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no show will result in full charges without a refund.

Courses

Courses In-person:

Refunds are only given if a course is altered or cancelled by Diana’s Guide to Wellbeing. If there is reasonable cause, a minimum of 7 days notice is required for reschedule, change to a future course date. Any no show or cancellations with less than 7 days notice may result in full charges without refund.

Online Courses:

Refunds for online courses are not available. Refunds are only given if a course is altered or cancelled by Diana’s Guide to Wellbeing.

Online Downloadable Courses:

Refunds for online downloadable courses are not available. The item or access is provided at the time of purchase.

Billing

All billing of services or refunds are in Australian dollars.

For any payments made through the online shop portal, a credit card surcharge fee of 1% applies. Payments made through direct bank deposit or cash, no credit card surcharge fee applies. The credit card surcharge fee is a bank transaction fee and is not refundable.
