Zoom: 5 live online sessions – 30 minutes each day
Prerequisites: all Reiki levels and experiences are welcome.
A 5-day journey to explore, pause, practice and bring the Reiki Precepts into everyday life.
The Reiki Precepts are foundational to the system of Usui Reiki. With practice and deeper understanding, the Precepts can become more than words we recite. They can become a meaningful part of how we move through everyday life.
Over five days, we will come together online for a short, focused daily practice. Each session offers time to pause, reflect and explore a different aspect of the Reiki Precepts through guided practice, teaching and reflection.
Whether you are new to Reiki or have been practicing for many years, you are warmly welcome to join.
Over these five days, guided practices and reflection offer an opportunity to explore the Precepts for yourself and develop your own relationship with them.
I will guide and walk you through all the way – no prior knowledge of exercises are necessary.
