Mount Kurama Birthplace of Reiki with Hyakuten Inamoto and Diana Fels
I had a magical afternoon immerse in the Reiki energy with Hyakuten Inamoto a teacher of mine, at Bukko-ji Temple, Kyoto Japan.
Hyakuten shared his wonderful stories about Mount Kurama, Kyoto Japan and Osugi Gongen, the birthplace of Usui Reiki Ryoho where Mikao Usui had his first experience of the Reiki energy.
Mount Kurama is the Birthplace of Usui Reiki Ryoho
In 1922 the founder Mikao Usui
After 21 days fasting meditation on Mount Kurama
Received the gift of Reiki healing hands
Mikao Usui wanted to share this wonderful Reiki healing gift with the people.
The uniqueness of Mount Kurama and Japanese culture:
- Deities of Mount Kurama: Maoson, Bishamonten, Senju Kannon
- Principle deity Sonten: Great spirit of the universe, Great bright light, Great body of activity
- Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples in Japan, at the gate you find pair of lions
- Kurama temple you find tigers, not lions
- Shinto shrines or temples you find a water basin to purify yourself
- In the system of Reiki, we purify ourselves using the Reiki energy
In the words of Mikao Usui: I am the universe, The universe is me
I am delighted to share some beautiful photos of Hyakuten, Mount Kurama, the cherry blossoms, the gates, tigers, temple and Osugi Gongen.
⭐️Simply, Reikily adorable!
It is very heart-warming and special. Smiles all round! ⭐️
I resonate a lot and enjoy talking to Hyakuten, his journey, stories and way he explains things is easy. Hyakuten has a beautiful soft energy, he is very kind, gentle, generous and welcoming.
I like his dedication to his practice and I am inspired how at 84 years old he continues to spread the goodness of Reiki out into the world globally and traveling abroad too.
Keeping the practice simple and the Japanese principles of less is more.
Lovely to have spent time with him in Japan too, awesome! ⭐️
I have much gratitude and appreciation for this opportunity.
