Usui Reiki Precepts Gokai Rika Saruhashi with Diana Fels
I am delighted to have spent time with Rika Saruhashi in Nagoya, Japan, where she shared her personal journey, her love of Reiki and her dedication to preserving and sharing Japanese origins with the world.
It is truly heartwarming to watch and beautiful to hear Rika Saruhashi share the Gokai, Usui Reiki Precepts, in Japanese.
Gokai (Reiki Precepts):
Kyo dakewa – Today only
Ikaru na – Do not anger
Shinpai suna – Do not worry
Kansha shite – Be grateful
Gyo o hageme – Work diligently
Hito ni shinsetsu ni – Be kind to others
It was so touching to witness how naturally and beautifully the story unfolded from the purity and sincerity of our conversation.
May the spirit and wisdom of Mikao Usui teachings continue to inspire kindness and gratitude.
May Reiki continue to connect us heart to heart,
wherever we are in the world ❤️✨
Rika’s warmth and kindness creates such a beautiful sense of connection.
I feel incredibly blessed to have been invited to join her group and experience the Reiki healing energy, wonderful adventures and unforgettable moments together in Japan. A truly special journey! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
